Step 1 Take your crown cap and paint it white with acrylic paint

Step 2 Wait until the white paint has dried

Step 3 Take your pencil and draw your design on the crown cap

Step 4 Take your acrylic paint and fill in the design

Step 5 Wait until the paint has dried

Step 6 Take your glossy varnish and apply a coat

Step 7 Take your can tab and pliers and bend it in the middle

Step 8 Flip your crown cap upside down and place the can tab inside

Step 9 Bend the sides of the crown cap to secure the can tab

Step 10 Take your safety pin and put it through the holes of the can tab
