Instruction

Star Head

Step 1 Crochet a red and a gray star

Step 2 Take the white yarn and a darning needle, and carefully hand sew the white details into the red star, forming the Demogorgon’s teeth.

Step 3 Adjust the placement until you are happy with the result. Perfection is not required

Step 4 Overlap the stars 

Step 5 Single crochet through both stars to join them. Work 3 SC into each star point to create a smooth edge

Step 6 Occiput: do a MR (6 SC) (gray yarn)

Step 7 Increase: row 1 (12 SC) and row 2 (18 SC)

Step 8 Work rows 3 – 4 evenly

Step 9 Leave an excess tail and sew the occiput onto the back of the stars

Step 10 Stuff firmly with fiberfill, then fasten off

Arms

Step 1 Do a MR (6 SC)

Step 2 Work rows 1 – 5 evenly

Step 3 Repeat the same steps one more time to make the second arm and do not add any filling.

Step 4 Leave an excess tail

Legs

Step 1 Do a MR (6 SC)

Step 2 Increase: row 1 (12 SC)

Step 3 Work rows 2 – 3 evenly

Step 4 Decrease: row 4 (8 SC)

Step 5 Work rows 5 – 8 evenly

Step 6 Repeat the steps one more time (second leg)

Step 7 Stuff the legs firmly with fiberfill

Step 8 Leave an excess tail

Body

Step 1 Do a MR (6 SC)

Step 2 Increase: row 1 (12 SC), row 2 (18 SC), row 3 (24 SC) and row 4 (30 SC)

Step 3 Work rows 5 – 7 evenly

Step 4 Decrease: row 8 (24 SC)

Step 5 Work rows 9 – 10 evenly

Step 6 Decrease: row 11 (18 SC), row 12 (12 SC) and row 13 (6 SC)

Step 7 Stuff the body firmly either fiberfill, then fasten off

Assembly

Step 1 Use the yarn tails to sew the head, arms, and legs securely to the body.
