Step 1 Make a SL ST around your hair tie

Step 2 First round – Chain 1

Step 3 Crochet 39 SC around your hair tie

Step 4 Change color

Step 5 Make a SL ST into the first stitch

Step 6 Second round – Chain 2 and use HDC from now on

Step 7 Increase by adding 3 HDC in every third stitch

Step 8 Make a SL ST into the first stitch of the second round

Step 9 Third round – Chain 2 and repeat the steps from round two

Step 10 Change color

Step 11 Fourth round – Chain 1 and use SC from now on

Step 12 Increase by adding 2 SC in every third stitch

Step 13 Make a SL ST and get rid of the excess tails with your darning needle and scissors
